The core of this work is the Systemic Models Collection®, anchored in STT® – Strategic Transformational Thinking and the Systemic Transformational Architecture (STA®).

MAB GROUP operates as a strategic consulting and knowledge partnership platform. Training activities are delivered through licensed partners, including KANZ TRAINING – USA and locally licensed training centers, to remain fully aligned with regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia and other jurisdictions.

MAB GROUP focuses on designing and applying systemic models that help leaders think, decide, and execute with more depth and coherence. The Systemic Models Collection® is not a set of slogans, but a structured architecture that translates directly into assessments, journeys, reviews, and advisory work.

At the heart of the work is the STT® – Strategic Transformational Thinking Model, which defines how leaders read causality, frame problems, and identify leverage points. Building on STT®, the Systemic Maturity Scale (SMS®) and Systemic Maturity Report (SMR®) provide a diagnostic backbone, while the Systemic Execution Model (SEM®) connects insight to disciplined action.
