The Model of Understanding Current Reality

The Model of Understanding Current Reality provides a framework for doing so:

  1. Events: Identifying specific incidents or occurrences within the organization.

  3. Systemic Structures: Analyzing the underlying structures, relationships, rules, and norms that create and sustain these patterns.
