This role is vital in scaling the application of Systemic Solutions for Complex Problems across sectors, institutions, and client engagements. SSX Trainers are qualified to deliver workshops, train coaches, and embed SSX tools in transformation programs.

• Complete all 3 SSX Coach certifications
• Attend the SSX Trainer Bootcamp
• Lead 3 supervised SSX Labs with real teams
• Submit evaluation portfolio
• Obtain endorsement to train future SSX Coaches

• Design and deliver SSX-aligned workshops
• Train internal teams on RCA and Systems Thinking
• Coach executives using the PERP model
