Leadership Systemic Diagnostics – Single Leader
A document-based diagnostic that reads how a leader thinks, frames decisions, and designs structures using real outputs: decks, emails, board papers, and speeches. No personality theatre. The focus is on the decision architecture they actually create.
The result is a systemic mirror for the leader: how their mental models shape strategy, culture, and execution, and where small shifts in thinking can unlock disproportionate impact.
Leader inputs
The diagnostic reads the leader through their own work: strategy decks, key emails, board papers, speeches, and memos where their fingerprint is unmistakable.
The goal is to see how the leader frames context, defines problems, sequences priorities, and distributes responsibility. Instead of asking “what kind of person is this?”, we ask “what kind of decisions and structures does this person consistently create?” The documents become a record of thinking in action, not a staged performance.
Systemic profile
Using STT® lenses and SMS®, we map the leader’s systemic maturity based on decisions, not labels. The profile highlights patterns that accelerate value and patterns that quietly recreate risk.
We look for how the leader handles ambiguity, trade-offs, interdependencies, and time horizons. SMS® provides a structured scale, but the real value lies in the narrative: how the leader’s mental architecture supports or limits the organization’s ability to execute its ambitions.
1–3 hour debrief
A focused 1–3 hour debrief translates the diagnostic into personal commitments, decision habits to redesign, and structural tweaks in how the leader works with their team.
The session is practical and honest. We connect the findings to how the leader designs meetings, reads dashboards, structures roles, and responds to pressure. The intent is not to judge, but to equip the leader with a clearer mental map and specific levers they can start pulling immediately.
