Type | Description | Action |
---|---|---|
nAnti-KPIs (Negative) | Indicators that encourage manipulation, fear, or short-termism. | Detoxify and remove. |
pAnti-KPIs (Positive) | Sound indicators that become toxic when over-weighted or isolated. | Re-balance and re-integrate. |
Example: counting “number of reports” instead of “quality of insights” (nAnti-KPI); over-prioritizing “customer satisfaction” until it harms financial viability (pAnti-KPI).
