Systemic Leadership Journeys
Weekly leadership journeys · October to December · Multiple destinations designed to raise your Systemic Maturity in real contexts, not just classrooms.
These journeys combine a premium travel experience with deep application of STT® – Systemic Transformational Thinking, SMS® – Systemic Maturity Scale, SMR® – Systemic Maturity Report, and SEM® – Systemic Execution Model. The goal is to practice strategic, systemic decision-making in real environments, away from office noise and routine meetings.
Each journey is a live lab for observing systems, reading context, making decisions, and reflecting on your own “Systemic Maturity” as a leader or as a team, with clear links back to your organization.

Private journeys can be designed for a single leadership team or board from one entity, with full integration into the STT® → SMS® → SMR® → SEM® architecture and a clear Systemic Maturity profile (SMS®) for the participants.
Weekly format (Sunday to Thursday)
Journeys are organized in weekly blocks during the selected period. You choose the week and destination, and after confirmation you receive the daily program, leadership labs, and field visits tailored to your context.
During the journey, participants work on:
- Reading context from a systemic, not just operational, perspective.
- Handling complexity and uncertainty using the STT® model.
- Diagnosing their own “Systemic Maturity” using the SMS® scale.
- Translating insights into practical execution paths via SEM®.
