What you learn

From linear fixes to systemic thinking.

The course is built for leaders and professionals who are already busy and surrounded by initiatives, reports, and dashboards. Instead of adding more tools, it rewires the way participants see patterns, causes, and leverage points.

  • Separating symptoms from systemic structures behind recurring issues.
  • Seeing how policies, KPIs, and informal stories interact to create behavior.
  • Using basic feedback loop thinking without drowning in diagrams.
  • Designing interventions that change the structure, not just the message.

The focus is simple: once you see the system, you stop wasting time fighting symptoms.

How it runs
