Solving Complex Problems with Systemic Root Cause Analysis (SRCA) Model

Applying Systems Thinking to Identify and Address Root Causes

Overview

This course will introduce you to the Systemic Root Cause Analysis (SRCA) Model, a novel and effective methodology that combines Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Systems Thinking, to analyze complex problems and their interrelationships, and to identify and address the root causes of these problems. The SRCA Model helps you to avoid superficial solutions that may create more problems in the long run, and to find sustainable solutions that can prevent the recurrence of similar problems in the future. The course is based on the book “Solving Complex Problems with Systemic Root Cause Analysis (SRCA) Model” by Engr. Mohammad Albuzaid, who is also the instructor of this course. He will guide you through the steps of the SRCA Model with practical examples and exercises. By the end of this course, you will be able to apply the SRCA Model to any complex problem you may face in your personal or professional life.
